We had a style shoot at Aoi Philosophers Path Villa which is one of luxury accommodations operated by Aoi Hotel and Resort.
In this completely private villa, you can spend a memorable and intimate time with your family or friends by not only holding wedding ceremony and reception but also staying at nights and experiencing Japanese culture such as traditional tea ceremony.
You can stay in up to 5 persons and have two guest rooms. ( Hotel rate varies depending on season.)

We are pleased to arrange a English-speaking Japanese tea master. You can experience the real Japanese tea ceremony by taking her session. Also blending style of wedding ceremony with Matcha tea serving is arrangeable.
3. One of guest rooms on the second floor
(one more bed can be prepared if you want). You can enjoy the beautiful Japanese garden view from the window!
4. Images of wedding ceremony and reception at the private Japanese garden.
We are pleased to cater for your wedding reception of course meals, bento boxes, standing/sitting finger foods or buffets. Also we are pleased to arrange decent wines and Japanese sakes!

Decoration by BEyond Weddings & Events is minimal to show these villa, architecture and Japanese garden beautifully.
This villa is located in a quiet residential area and close to the Philosophers path. You can take a walk to enjoy cherry blossom and red leaves viewing from this villa. If you would like to have a ZEN meditation experience, you can join the meditation class at temple nearby.
Lastly, one more luxury villa is now under renovation and going to be open next Spring 2019. Also the villas are connected through this garden ( Another Villa doesn’t have a garden.). Families of Bride and Groom can stay at each villa and share the luxury and memorable moments together.

Ceremony style is non-religious ceremony style
Capacity of attending guests: up to 25 guests
Capacity of sitting setting for reception: up to 15 guests
Capacity of standing setting for reception: up to 25 guests
Two nights are required to hold wedding ceremony and reception
