Today, I would like to introduce a beautiful Japanese garden and venue for a destination wedding:D
Kagawa prefecture locates in SHIKOKU region, and it takes about 40 min from JR. Okayama station by train to get to the Prefectural capital, Takamatsu city.
RITSURIN Park is designated as a National important cultural property and was ranked three stars at Michelin Green Guide Japon.
This garden is so large and wide, and you can enjoy not only the views but also cultural experience such as a boat ride in wedding attires, tea ceremony, local foods and so on:)
It must be breath-taking and special to hold your wedding ceremony at the following open-air historical house even though you need to take off shoes on tatami mats!

It accommodates up to 100 seats, and it is spacious to make a space for your first dance!
From Kyoto ( I am stationed in Kyoto, by the way), it takes about 2.5 hours by Japan railway ( Bullet train+ expressed train ), and you can go on for the further locations such as an art island, Naoshima and olive island, Shodoshima by ferry ship from Takamatsu:)
